I’ve come up with some simple tips to try and help you stay focused on your goal, and ensure that getting fit isn’t the terrible nightmare it’s always made out to be. They’re not 100% fool-proof, and some may sound generic and obvious, but hopefully you’ll still find them helpful!

Reading List 2017

I love reading, but I know that I never read as much as I should do. My bookcase is crammed full of unread books that I’ve been meaning to get through for ages, and with some of my Christmas presents now adding to the collection, it seemed about time that I made my way through them.

What better way to kick off the new year than to talk about what so many people will be thinking about today – resolutions. I’m not normally one to make a big deal about the whole ‘new year, new me’ thing, but I’ve had a couple of things in mind that I’m hopeful about for 2017. Let’s just hope that I can stick to them.
