Iโ€™ve come up with some simple tips to try and help you stay focused on your goal, and ensure that getting fit isnโ€™t the terrible nightmare itโ€™s always made out to be. They’re not 100% fool-proof, and some may sound generic and obvious, but hopefully you’ll still find them helpful!

For as long as I can remember I’ve always been larger than ideal, my weight always seeming to grow proportionally with my height. It’s not something I was ever seriously taunted about, but it was an ever-present problem that always made me feel bad about myself.
